Recently, TINGJIANG held a four-systems integration operation
conference which include quality/environment/occupational health and
safety/energy management system. Deputy general manager of TINGJIANG, Huang
Liangying announced the issuance of the manual, management system policy,
management representative appointment letter of quality/environment/occupational
health and safety/energy management system, marking the official operation of
our four-systems operation after integration. It provides a strong guarantee
for the sustainable and healthy development of TINGJIANG.
TINGJIANG passed the ISO9001 quality management system
certification in 1998, and passed the ISO14001 environmental management system
certification in 2002. Through the operation of the management system, TINGJIANG's
quality/environmental management has been standardized, the product quality is
stable which is satisfied by customers, and also have an effective control on the
pollution prevention, resource and energy consumption and the protection of the
environment. At the beginning of this year, TINGJIANG began to introduce
ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system and ISO5001 energy
management system, aiming to further standardize our occupational health and
safety management and energy management, protect the physical and mental health
of employees, improve energy performance and reduce production costs.
In order to better play the role of the system,
effectively integrate resources and improve the efficiency, TINGJIANG decided
to integrate the four systems. In the early stage, under the guidance of the
consulting teacher, we issued the four system manuals and procedure documents
in a very short time, many colleagues are still lack of understanding about the
standards and manual, and have no idea about how to start the key work required
by the systems. Training is the best way to solve these problems, so TINGJIANG
decided to conduct a closed training on Sunday, participants in the training includes
leaders and backbones and internal auditors, the main contents of training are
the core focus, manual of four-systems and program files of ISO9001 / ISO14001
/ ISO45001 / ISO5001 quality/environmental/occupational health and
safety/energy management system. Standard and document training is often
boring, in order to make the training more effective and deepen the
understanding, the training teacher divided all the students into four groups to
PK, the standard explanation and games are combined, giving everyone a lively
training class. Through the training, we have a deeper understanding of the
four system standards and documents, and we all have a clearer understanding of
how to carry out key and difficult work, such as process management, safety
management, hazard identification, risk and opportunity evaluation, energy
review, energy performance evaluation, etc.
The introduction of four-systems management is
not for obtaining evidence, but to improve the management level through the
operation of the systems and standardize the operation of our company. The
system and business are closely linked, the system is the standardization of
business, in the future work, we will operate strictly in accordance with the
manual and procedural document requirements. I believe that achievements is a
natural thing through the persistence standardized operation of the systems.
